Our Story
Kristen Cooke is the head baker and founder of Classic City Cakes. An artistic soul all her life, she approaches each cake as an individual work of creative expression.
Classic City Cakes was born during the dark times of the pandemic and during the final stretch of Kristen’s master’s degree in music performance. Armed with a sudden stretch of uninterrupted time at home and a new kitchen, she spent hours during lockdown perfecting her recipes and mastering skills. What started two years ago as delivering cakes to the doorsteps of friends and family during quarantine has turned into a full-blown baking business.

Baked with care
Classic City Cakes are baked specially to order. While we have many delicious cakes to choose from, many people prefer custom combinations and designs for their cakes. Each cake is baked with fresh ingredients and is ready on your desired pick-up day.
